These historic aerial photographs are part of the Susquehanna River Basin 1991 collection. This mission/location of Bing Sayr (Binghamton-Sayre) includes 115 photos. These photos were taken on November 5th, 1991. This mission/location covers the length of the Susquehanna River from Binghamton, NY to Sayre, PA. These aerial photographs were taken in 1991 in response to a drought for the Susquehanna River Basin Commission (SRBC). The Susquehanna River Basin 1991 collection includes 1,317 photos. These photos are at a scale of 1:12,000. Center point index files were created through a georeferencing process. This collection was given to the Donald W. Hamer Center for Maps and Geospatial Information by the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Geological Survey Library. The photos were scanned at 800 dpi on an Epson Expression 11000 scanner by the Donald W. Hamer Center for Maps and Geospatial Information.

This collection was given to the Donald W. Hamer Center for Maps and Geospatial Information by the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources, Bureau of Geological Survey Library.
